- TWTurn Them WheelsNov 7, 20251.0I witnessed a woman with a baby on her hip come in and the employees stated they could not help her replace her battery in the jeep renegade, a simple battery change. Anne, the store manager (gray shirt) along with three red shirts and one other gray shirt employee wouldn’t help the customer with a newborn baby. Complete and utter lack of customer service. Anne is sexist and only hires / maintains an all female crew, yet they refuse to install batteries in customer vehicles. Last time I checked, this is Autozone, where car batteries are replaced as long as they are simple as in a jeep renegade that is not difficult at all. Not the first time I have saw Anne do this to customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

They saved me $17 and I left laughing because of their good nature.

Unfortunately had to stop at this location 1455 to return some oil that I had bought the previous day. In the morning I was told they couldn't refund me my money because the registers didn't have money and to return later on. Ended up going around 2-3pm and Devon B said he only had 40 dollars and that there was nothing he could do. There is absolutely no way he couldn't help me, he just didn't want to help me. I think Auto Zone should hire more caring, considerate people, not rude ,useless people. Even if I am around the corner, I will not be coming back to this store. I did try and get a hold of the store manager and regional manager. They did get back in touch with me, which I appreciate but I had already gone to another store to do my return where I was helped nicely without an issue. Thats the kind of employees that should be everywhere. Thank you anyway Ms Anne

He said he couldn't change my battery because it would take 45 mins to do so. Which only took me 5 minutes to change. Very poor customer service all around.
