  I had a wonderful experience. Nikkie Rodriguez is an exceptional individual who provided me with outstanding assistance regarding my battery issue. I informed Nikkie that a staff member at a nearby store, located near Chick-fil-A and Panda Express, had advised me to wait until my battery completely died, despite my explanation that my vehicle had already shut off and I managed to bring it to Autozone. Nikkie apologized for the inconvenience caused by the other employee, which was not necessary, and proceeded to help me. Overall, I received excellent customer Service from Nikkie

  I had the most amazing experience today I received help from Mr.Armando B the gentleman helped me look for the part I needed and even helped me fixed it in less than 10 minutes I was good to go may God bless his soul thank you hope AutoZone gets another 100 Armandos to assist their customers hope he gets credit for his hard work
