When I asked the worker he can scan the car for me, he told me he couldn’t leave the store since he was alone. I understood that, I asked when a second worker would come in, so I can come back at a better time. His response was i don’t know without any further effort to help or offer alternatives.

When i figured it out i asked to have the extra set returned. The lady was extremely rude and told me she was putting them back on the shelf because i already picked them up. I showed the double charge on my credit card and she continued to bark at me. Meanwhile the other gentlemen in the store were rolling their eyes at her actions. One of the men stepped up and returned the items and credited my card. I would not want that lady speaking to a customer ever if were her manager.
