I informed Nikkie that a staff member at a nearby store, located near Chick-fil-A and Panda Express, had advised me to wait until my battery completely died, despite my explanation that my vehicle had already shut off and I managed to bring it to Autozone. Nikkie apologized for the inconvenience caused by the other employee, which was not necessary, and proceeded to help me. Overall, I received excellent customer Service from Nikkie
