- LMLiliana MendozaApr 3, 20261.0My husband and my dad went there to swap the A/c kit that they bought in 2020 because it stop working. They made a mistake taking the warranty off in 2024 the manager name *Daisy** there wasn't able to help them fix the mistake they made. Send them to the warehouses at the new autozone they built in spencer the lady there at the different location told us they always send people to that location thats so sad. **Please always check for the warranty**if you buy items from there make sure they show you and also check your phone for the warranty. People at autozone apparently don't know how to use the computers. They need to changed the manager (Daisy) she was extremely disrespectful and didn't even bother to help out. People that don't like to work like her needs to get fired or drop her from being a manager atleast. I will definitely fight for her to drop her as a manger poor customers that have to put up with her.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this autozone, everyone is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Thank you so much Omar, you saved us a huge headache!!!

I was able to get my vehicle to the store, and he came out and helped me take the battery out to change it. I'm glad that I was able to get everything situated & taken care of. 10 out of 10 service 👍🏿. Lifesaver.
