Brett House was a master at keeping me calm throughout the experience of unexpectedly breaking down and extensive repair process.

No. It’s trust, but verify. I ask questions with a learning attitude and a calm demeanor. I get a quote from Precision and compare it to a local competitor. I’ve always had my questions answered with sound technical explanations and a little education when necessary. Over all those years with Precision servicing 13 or 14 different vehicles (mine, my wife and my children’s vehicles) I’ve had only a couple of return trips to remedy a few issues. Over these years I’ve watched Precision mature into a premier automotive repair shop with the use of advanced diagnostics and the development of highly effective quality control procedures. I encourage you to give Precision Automotive an opportunity to service your vehicles.

Their employees came and picked us up in their personal vehicle and then picked our car up with a tow truck brought it here to the shop and even though they closed, they still did not stop working on our vehicle absolutely wonderful people that work here will be definitely recommending and coming back if any more problems thank you guys for all your help is truly appreciated.
