- TTTeeOct 4, 20251.0Normally no issues. Garrett is great. This corporate policy that a reservation doesn't guarantee a rental is complete BS!!! I didn't work with Garrett with this, matter of fact I didn't even make it in the building before being told no cars, then before backing out one shows up matching the reservation but I couldn't get that. The reservation was for 530 and i made it there maybe 550 bc i Do work as well, and I know the guy HAD to know a vehicle was on the way back up there so it could've been cleaned up. Then to speak to corporate and know the policy for reservations!!!!????? Paris needs to look into other options bc enterprise being the only option here you can use on booking platforms is trash. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!! IF GOOGLE WOULD ALLOW ME TO GIVE MULTIPLE 1 STARS I WOULD BC RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! DO BETTER ENTERPRISE!!!
