  A razor blade was found in the backseat of the car by my child who’s 6 yo and she could have been severely hurt. The vehicle also stalled out on me & the engine lights came on while I was driving it.

  I recently rented a car with enterprise in Paris, Texas through my insurance. I specifically asked them not to charge my insurance $50 a day that I did NOT want that expensive of a car. The team member informed me it would be ok because they're billing the insurance and they do it all the time. I got a Ford Escape that smelled like an ashtray! The windows wouldn't roll back up after rolling them down so I couldn't air it out that way. Then it needed an oil change and wiper fluid as well. 30 days pass. I had to get an extension through my insurance and I couldn't get the extension because Enterprise still charged me $50 a day for a car with 180k miles on it that was disgusting! I was left without a car for two weeks while I waited for mine to get out of the shop. I will NEVER use them again! They didn't care that I am a single mother stranded at home with babies for 2 weeks. Enterprise is in bad business being greedy with the insurance money not caring whether their customers have a ride when they REALLY need it.

  The process was so smooth from scheduling, picking up, extending dates, and drop off. The staff was so helpful as well! There was A LOT going on but they were still smiling and ready to help! I appreciate everyone at the Paris Texas location!
