  Took my grandson and young man explained everything in detail including warranty. Very easy and smooth and the tinting was perfect. Highly recommend

  About half a month ago, I had ceramic tint applied to all the windows of my Honda CR-V, excluding the front windshield. I’m very pleased with the overall quality. The heat insulation is superb and makes for a much more comfortable drive, despite a few small bubbles. Their customer service was excellent and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Definitely recommended!

  I really liked the job they did on my Mustang, but I am not sure I'll be back to do my wife's car. 5 stars for the quality, the tint looks great and was exactly what I wanted. Now for what I didn't like. I put in my car's information and exactly what I wanted for a quote on the website. I got a call telling me how much the job would cost, which was about $350. I showed up for my appointment and the man there didn't seem to realize that there was a scheduled appointment. He ends up giving me a new quote on what I want, which happens to be $349.99. Ok, thats fine with me. He then asks for a $100 cash deposit before getting started, he did not want me to use my debit card to pay for the job in full. I went to an ATM since I don't carry cash, got $100, and brought it back for the deposit. When I get back, he is speaking with a woman on the phone in a different language. He then hands me his cell phone and says "My boss wants to talk to you." She tells me that I was quoted wrong and that the job would actually be $400 before taxes, but they will take off $30 since I was quoted wrong twice. I probably should've left at this point, but what ever I really wanted this done that day so I accepted. After paying the cash deposit, I am told that If I want to use a card to pay later when the job is done, I will be charged an additional 3% fee since they don't want to cover the fee the credit card company charges the merchant to use their services... so I ended up getting more cash to avoid that fee... only to find out that they do not carry any change to break bills. This means I paid $6 more than what I owed since they do not carry change and they will charge 3% extra if you use a card. TLDR - They did amazing, but the business practices are a bit shady.

  Made appt online, and overall was a great experience. Edwin, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quality work with reasonable pricing.

  I sent a detailed car audio tuning request to multiple car audio specialist in the area. Edwin was initially the only shop to respond. We talked and based on the conversation, I decided to drive by the shop so he could see the work that needed to be done. His mannerism was so cool...just laid back in the way he explained everything that would need to be done to get the sound right. On Black Friday, Edwin and team took my truck audio to the next level. I had good components already, they just were not configured properly. Now my system is banging!!! Jokingly as I left the shop Edwin told me, "when you blow those speakers, come back and see me". If you can't tell, I like it loud. Edwin gave the perfect closing line as now I wanna do just that :). See you again soon Edwin.
