Stated I wouldn’t be able to get there until 4:05pm and was told that wouldn’t be a problem as they don’t close until 5pm. Get there at 4:07pm and hear a customer being told there are no vehicles on the lot and they have to wait for someone to return one, get it detailed, then rent it out. Here I was hoping I had one on reserve so I wouldn’t be in the same situation but they checked me in and said no vehicles were available. No eta but it could be 40-50 minutes until one shows up (and I’m not even first in line). I call my insurance adjuster who advised trying another Enterprise, got me an upgrade to my rental, and set me up with Hertz just to see what stuck. I get to a nearby Enterprise and they also had nothing available so I ended up going to Hertz who had a car on lot when they said I could come by.
