  I recently purchased a new f150 tremor from Parkway Ford. Ramon who helped me was absolutely awesome to work with in every aspect.   Don't bother coming here if you need any kind of service done. Needed a quick tire pressure monitor Scan done on my car would only take a couple minutes. They said no they don't have time today while you can see their mechanics sitting there doing nothing 🤷🏻‍♂️. Would have saved a complete trip driving over here if they would simply answer the phone. Multiple calls throughout the day and nobody answered so I had to drive over.

  Ramon at Parkway Ford was absolutely wonderful to work with he understood exactly what I wanted and made sure all my accessories were done properly and on time. Promptly called me back with all my Questions which is rare these days. The whole team was great to work with absolutely no complaints. Flew down to Texas to pick it up. Bought it out of Montana. They delivered it to my hotel absolutely great experience! Thank you, all !!

  I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. My son was on his way from our home in Oklahoma, back to college in Colorado, when his water pump blew while he was driving down 1-40. We had his truck towed to Parkway Ford in Pampa, and everyone there went above and beyond to help him. They even took him to a hotel that night because the part had to be ordered, and picked him up the next day to bring him back to the dealership. They arranged for him to have a brand new vehicle to get him back to Colorado, and stored his things on their property while his truck was being fixed, even keeping a freezer plugged in for him the entire time it was there (we had sent him home with a freezer full of food). RJ went above and beyond working with him and taking care of him, even checking to make sure he made it home safely. If we ever purchase another Ford we will drive the 5 hours to Pampa to buy it from them. Highly recommend this dealership!
