  Ramon and Desmond treated me wonderfully and were willing to give me the exact deal that I requested! And then, even after the deal was done, they came back and gave me more perks. I will do business with these two for years to come.

  I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. My son was on his way from our home in Oklahoma, back to college in Colorado, when his water pump blew while he was driving down 1-40. We had his truck towed to Parkway Ford in Pampa, and everyone there went above and beyond to help him. They even took him to a hotel that night because the part had to be ordered, and picked him up the next day to bring him back to the dealership. They arranged for him to have a brand new vehicle to get him back to Colorado, and stored his things on their property while his truck was being fixed, even keeping a freezer plugged in for him the entire time it was there (we had sent him home with a freezer full of food). RJ went above and beyond working with him and taking care of him, even checking to make sure he made it home safely. If we ever purchase another Ford we will drive the 5 hours to Pampa to buy it from them. Highly recommend this dealership!

  Spoke to RJ about issues I was having with my 22’ F350 and he explained to me what the most likely issue is which was one of the batteries was going bad and a new battery did end up solving the issue, mind you I live 4.5hrs away but he still was able to help me over the phone and not give me the run around.

  I typically don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership was so disappointing that it deserves to be shared. I was interested in a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer that was advertised and repeatedly described to me as being in excellent condition. Trusting their word, I drove 8 hours from out of state with my entire family, paid for a hotel, and rearranged my work schedule to pick it up. When I arrived the next morning, the vehicle was nothing like what had been represented. Nearly every body panel had hail damage, and it had clearly been involved in an unreported minor accident—none of which was disclosed despite my asking about the condition multiple times. To make matters worse, I had already completed the purchase online, only to have to unwind the entire deal in person. What followed was an exhausting runaround regarding reimbursement. Instead of owning their mistake and handling it properly, I was bounced between departments. My wife eventually had to go to a finance office in a completely different part of the state while visiting family and speak with an entirely different management team just to finally get the compensation we was promised. After all of that, I left without the vehicle, out a day and a half of my time, and with far more frustration than any customer should ever experience. This level of misrepresentation and lack of accountability is exactly what gives car dealerships a bad name. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid going through what my family and I just endured. The only positive thing that I can say about the entire incident was was that I was actually compensated for my time and not just told to pound sand.
