  We were very satisfied with Jaydon Brunley as our salesman. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while we were trying to decide what we would be happy with. We’ve purchased many new vehicles and I believe Jaydon is the best salesman we’ve worked with! Very satisfied with Parkway in Pampa!

  Nice people but who ever is running this is very greedy. They tried to give me 13k for a 19k car. And faked a KBB report saying 13k . I did my own KBB when I was there and had to show them that a fair trade in was $16,900 then they tried to go up $1k he also tried to up my payments after agreeing on a price up front and I signed that price but when we got to the back they tried to up my payments by $170 witch is crazy. They are just greedy people if you go here make sure you know what your car is worth or they will try to rob you and then rob you on your car you’re buying. And they say they pull dents out of vehicles, but they don’t a brand new truck I got has a big dent in the bottom of it . That’s my fault tho for not looking to good. I ended up walking out 15 K for my trade in, but that still wasn’t even considered a fair trade. I just did it because I was there for Hours after driving four hours there and they knew it they just thought since I did all that they could rob me and I would walk away with the 13 grand. Greedy place just be careful a lot of those Dealership are though. They asked me to do a five star review and I would’ve did a five star if they wouldn’t have tried to rob me three grand on my trade. Honestly, I should’ve just walked out because I had calls all day of dealerships offering 18.300 for my vehicle . The guy pushed me to do this review. He wanted a five star review but I don’t just lie for people, especially for people that didn’t treat me fair. So this is my Fair honest review.

  Was interested in a truck they had and worked with Ramon. I emailed him for a trade in value of our truck first and gave him the information he requested and then he just ghosted me. I waited multiple days and finally reached back out to him to get him to respond. A week goes by and we decided to just try and move forward without a trade in. I called back and offer a price on the truck and Ramon says, "My manager is actually walking in right now so let me grab him and I'll call you back in a few minutes". Guess what. The entire day goes by with no call then half of the next day. I decide to call back again because apparently they will never respond to you on their own. I talk to Ramon and he says "My manager is right here, let me ask him", meaning even though he told me he was asking him right then the previous day, he never did and a full day and a half went by without him asking and it took me calling again to just get him to ask. Shop somewhere else where they actually care about the customers and do what they say they're going to do.
