  I had a really frustrating experience at this Shell location. Before I even bought a CB radio, I asked the manager about their return policy and was told it would be fine to return it with a receipt. To be sure, I also called ahead before coming back and was told again that I could return the item. I drove up there based on that information, but when I arrived, they refused to accept the return. This was a complete waste of my time and gas, and the lack of communication between staff is unacceptable. If you’re going to tell customers something over the phone and in person, you should honor it when they get there. Be careful shopping here—don’t rely on what they tell you over the phone or even in-store. Make sure you get clear confirmation or speak directly to someone who will actually stand behind what they say.

  I am an Over the road truck Driver and I came in to this Pilot location about 8pm on siunday 2/15/2026 and asked if I could have something printed. A young girl at the counter immediately gave me rolled eyes and told me they dont print anything for drivers. When I said that usually Pilot has an email on the wall for drivers to send a document to have it printed she got a real snotty attitude and said we're only half Pilot and that would add to all the other stuff to do. I'm not sure if she assumed that I thought I would get it for free but not a good attitude or comment to a driver that spends most of his life on the road trying to make a living and relys on truckstops for things that I can't just pull my truck into and use other places. Didn't appreciate the "I dont care" attitude.

  I should have read the reviews on the shower. Not only is it impossible to get a shower in the evening. They don’t let you get one until the showers open at 6 am. I have no intent to spend any money here. Good place to park and clean restroom.

  The night shift ladies told me no showers available because her and another lady is there to clean showers. Lazy at it’s finest. Just don’t offer the showers if you can’t consistently offer them when most drivers need them!

  **DO NOT COME HERE EXPECTING TO GET A SHOWER !!!!** Shower at your own risk !!! The store is nice, clean and well stocked with beverages and food. Restrooms are clean, well lighted and smell fresh. This location has a Denny's restaurant inside. Nice parking lot, good place to park and get fuel. Also, there is a Subway, a Juicy Burger restaurant, Asian restaurant, Pizza parlor, and a Family Dollar store within walking distance. HOWEVER, If you are in need of a shower, this is not the place for you. Good luck getting a shower here. There are 3 showers here, but getting one is like trying to capture a unicorn. I drove 700 miles today and came specifically here to this Pilot to spend the night, eat supper and take a shower. I went inside at 5:30 PM, asked to get a shower and was rudely and promptly told no more showers are available today, because the hot water heater is not working. Apparently the water heater goes out, when all of the showers are dirty. I was told I could come back tomorrow morning, and try to get a shower then. It almost seems as if the night crew does not clean showers. It is very suspicious and suspect, that the kitchen continues to prepare, cook food, and wash dishes with the water heater not working,,, there is plenty of hot water in restroom sink,,,go figure?!?!?! With that being said, I will continue to buy fuel and eat at the Denny's, but I will never ever come here to get a shower, never ever again..I. wish I had read the Reviews before arriving here to take a shower.. UPDATE: I was contacted by Pilot Corporate HQ., they regretfully informed me that because this is a Pilot franchise dealer, they do not have any control of the shower management situation, and they are very aware of the problems with showers at this location. I thank them for reaching out to me, so don't hate Pilot for the shower mismanagement at this location...the blame is 100 percent on the owner and the disrespectful employees of this privately owned Pilot location..
