    Terrible service. As a repeat customer, I made a reservation a week ahead. Checked in online the day of. Arrived to pick up the vehicle and was informed they had none but were waiting for someone to deliver the keys to a vehicle. I waited the hour for the key to be returned to be informed that the vehicle wasn't available for me. Terrible communication with customer. Terrible logistical management of vehicles. Terrible service.

    I read some unflattering reviews about this business but I discovered the CUSTOMER was the problem. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. If the customer was charged MORE as they stated, it's because THEY kept the car too long.

    Even zero star is too much for this enterprise, we reserved a car and we get confirmation number and should get the car at 12 pm we are arrived at 11 am , and the manager she said oh sorry we don’t have any car available all is booked ! But we have a reservation her answer is doesn’t matter! Woow
