  I was in the Palestine location Saturday 1/17/26. Had a bad battery. Cody helped me out with checking my battery and then buying/installing a new one. From the moment I walked up, Cody was receptive, friendly and so helpful. Made a frustrating situation so easy and stress free. Today, I realized I must have thrown my receipt away and I called the store to try and retrieve it. Ken answered and was so friendly and helpful. I do not live in Palestine so I couldn't just drop by the store and pick-up a new receipt. I asked Ken if he would mind snapping a pic of my receipt and text it to me. He said of course. While we were still on the phone, he sent me the text with the pic of receipt and made sure I received it. This is amazing customer service done with a friendly helpful attitude. I really appreciate Cody and Ken both, I hope Auto Zone realizes the quality of the 2 employees. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you Cody and Ken

  Third time I've been to this store. It was my last. Today I stood in front of the counter for nearly 3 minutes while 3 employees seemed engrossed in staring at a computer screen. I wasn't acknowledged at all; they didn't even look my way (I was 5 feet away). In my previous visits I've received similar treatment. Worst service ever. Similar treatment in past dealings with this store. The only reason they're getting one star is because zero stars isn't an option.
