Was in there yesterday and I overheard the way the GM or DM spoke to a truck driver. With the business truckers give to Flying J and Pilot, I would not upset not one of them. Truckers are the reason travel centers are open. I saw a friendly exchange between an employee and driver, when all of a sudden I heard for the driver to leave and never come to another store. I mean why would anyone want to!?! It looks dirty, the service you get isn't all that polite. The restrooms seem so outdated and I would hate to know if they were not sanitized.

I am giving it one star to get attention of corporate and management at this location! I stopped here and seen a strang man standing in the corner of the parking lot pacing back and forth I reported it to the cashier who was fabulous and had maintenance go check it out. Mind you I sat in my truck for about 30 mins and the guy stayed there before I came inside to shower. Well maintenance went out and didn't see the guy and said some people are paranoid I am not security and I don't know what she is talking about right in front of me. All he had to say well guess the guy left because I didn't see him. He isn't the one who owns a $150k truck in the parking lot.

Lost dog wandering around appears to be looking for owner. Seems shy and sweet. Has anyone lost their dog?

Went inside and bought an airhose for my truck, turns out the fitting was bad so wanted to exchange it. Had to deal with a young black cashier lady who didn't want to exchange it for me and gave me an attitude about it. So I go to grab another one to swap it out and realize it's missing parts. She instructs me to put it back on the shelf so they can sell it to someone else even with missing parts. Finally got the part swapped for different product by the manager who also had a bad attitude and couldn't figure out how to run the cash register. What kind of people are you hiring Pilot?
