- KSknow see2 days ago5.0Greeted in a very friendly manner. The gentleman suggested which lane would be available quickest. Location is very clean. Uniforms were well kept. Service was done quickly and properly. Additional services were suggested in a friendly way, not pushy. The price is acceptable. It was an excellent experience. I have been visiting here for years and expect to continue.

The grand total time for labor would be 15min max. Material cost synthetic oil $36, filter $8. I would consider that a larger than avg margin at $100. That’s the first time I have ever seen the place empty. And no one came in while I was there. Word of mouth moves fast. Staff was great, but you can feel the stress of no business and control out of their hands. Good luck.

They spilled oil all over the engine while refilling it, which caused a burning smell and a mess I had to clean myself. There was absolutely no rush since the shop was completely empty and I was the only customer there. I’ve had great service at other locations, but the lack of care here was unacceptable.
