Let paint the picture you and your family getting a car wash then the bush removes the back window wiper forcefully. Leaving scratches and the cars rear to be scratched and the wiper damaged. Never go here if you value your car. Don't trust the brand to give anything as they didn't give a number to corperate. Then they have the audacity to give us a poor wash. And a small RAG to clean the damaged car. We went here for the cleaning during a trip and said corporate will call on Monday when we're gone. The procation they used to prevent this was a FREAKING PIECE OF PAINTERS TAPE. That was supposed to prevent this but didn't do anything. We said for them to take the bill and said if corporate agrees. Our vehicle is a SUV Mercedes benz gle 350. The manager nearly did anything only giving a rag.
