- JRJeremy RankinApr 21, 20261.0Very disappointed with the glass installation. We dropped it of a 7 AM and the didn’t call for pickup till 4:35. I picked up the vehicle and the bottom foam started to come out of the bottom where the windshield meets the dash. Secondly the antenna was not installed at all. I did not notice until the shop was as already closed. There 1-877 number was a complete circus and they recommend I call the shop in morning and drop it off for warranty. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

- RARoberto AragonAug 2, 20254.0Wrong glass was ordered the first time. Second time they were trying to collect whole amount instead of deductible. Tech also left some panels off that I found later under the hood. Besides that everything else was good.
- ACAJ CastanedaJul 27, 20251.0The technician did not show up for their appointment after the initial install failed allowed water to leak into vehicle. Neither corporate or technician notified of the missed appointment. With impending weather coming further damage would be their responsibility due to this misstep. I would not recommend the mobile service to anyone. Due to them being one of only a few places to calibrate cameras after windshield replacement is the only reason they’d stay in business.
