    Refused service for not having a credit card. We've rented a dozen cars over 2 years without issue in a bunch of different towns. They even cited it's their policy not enterprise. If you don't want to follow company policy and make up your own rules get your own company and don't piggy back on others reputation for customer service.

    I recently had to get a rental after a minor accident. They called me right away to schedule a pick up and when the initial car I received smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, they swapped me out for an upgraded vehicle free of charge. They were short staffed but still made sure everyone was taken care of. Props to their team!

    Great place,clean and the workers were friendly. I had to drop off my truck for repair near the enterprise and instead of walking back they picked me up from the shop and dropped me off when the repairs were done.

    Terrible service, no one in there could speak English. They tried racking up multiple charges for "pets in the car". I dont even own animals. The rental they gave me was a 4 seater Elantra, when my insurance company paid for a "like" vehicle, which was a 7 seater QX80. multiple vans and suvs and trucks on the lot but they gave us the smallest one on the lot. It was also improperly detailed before we got into it (with picture proof) and smiled heavily of Marijuana. We were told tough luck. I do not recommend at all.
