I’m from out of state and absolutely LOVE my local Valvoline so I went to the closest one to me while traveling to Odessa. Immediately I saw nothing but grown children playing around laughing about people’s cars and just over all not even paying attention to their customers. I came for a fully synthetic oil change that I paid over $130. And that is all I got. No fluids checked, no tire pressure checked & especially none of my lights were checked. As I was pulling off I even got a notification that my hood was not closed either. My husband then closes the hood in the parking lot and notices multiple oil hand prints along my suv. Very terrible service especially for the price I paid.
