I addressed that on the last serviced they didn’t tighten the oil filter correctly, and that had to tighten the next day when I noticed it made a mess inside my garage it spilled about 2 Quartz of oil. The manager didn’t even bother go under the vehicle to look. He said that my oil pan was leaking. So I took my truck to a mechanic so he can put a new gasket but my mechanic said that my oil pan gasket was fine that it wasn’t leaking. Very disappointing on their service since I been taking all my vehicles there and I never had any issues whatsoever until now.
