- CSCassandra SandovalFeb 21, 20261.0After dropping off my vehicle around 11:30 for an alignment, they told me it’d be about 4 hours because they had a line. I left it there and it was already 4, so I called and they said they couldn’t do anything because I needed some other parts replaced, but they could’ve called me when they got to my vehicle and let me know so I wouldn’t have been waiting for so long. I was without my vehicle since I don’t live here! Horrible customer service.

It’s a family-owned shop, and you can really feel the care they put into their work and their customers. They explained everything clearly, showed me the damaged part, and made sure my car was safe before I left. This car is very sentimental to me, and I had been anxious about this repair for a long time. They treated both me and my car with so much patience, respect, and understanding, which truly meant a lot to me. My car now drives smooth and quiet again, and I’m so grateful to have found a shop I can genuinely trust. Highly recommend.
