Guarantee there are other glass shops in this town that want satisfied, well taken care of customers as well their employees. This is not one of those shops.
- ZZzenriderxAug 21, 20251.0No shade on this location/oulet, but safelite used to be my goto spot for glass for my restoration shop. I guess it's grown too big and is a faceless no accountability place that does not give a hoot about building a customer base.
- RARoberto AragonAug 2, 20254.0Wrong glass was ordered the first time. Second time they were trying to collect whole amount instead of deductible. Tech also left some panels off that I found later under the hood. Besides that everything else was good.

Neither corporate or technician notified of the missed appointment. With impending weather coming further damage would be their responsibility due to this misstep. I would not recommend the mobile service to anyone. Due to them being one of only a few places to calibrate cameras after windshield replacement is the only reason they’d stay in business.
