  I worked with Ray Rodriguez for two days to get all my paperwork handled before driving out. He quoted me a price, ran my credit, and I submitted everything he asked for driver’s license, insurance, and any forms needed to secure the price. I confirmed multiple times by phone and email that everything was set before making the trip. After a 5 hour drive (plus traffic), Ray greeted me in person, then passed me off to Mr. Villalobos in finance. Within minutes, I was told that a rebate which I never applied for couldn’t be combined with the stated APR. That changed the deal entirely. When I stood up to leave, they suddenly offered to knock off $1,000 “if I waited five minutes.” At that point, I was done.This experience was unprofessional and misleading. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation and a complete waste of time, my friends time. I expect honesty and integrity when making major purchases, and unfortunately, this dealership didn’t deliver either.

  Daniel was friendly, didn’t pressure. Very efficient and gave lots of info. Never had a better experience buying a car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car

  1ra vez ( en más de 10 años que llevo en este pais) 1ra vez que me siento bien en un concesionario de autos. Gracias al sr Octavio Rodriguez, que su atención, paciencia y esmero son incalculables. Recomiendo 100% venir a este concesionario MUCHO MÁS que ir a Lithia Toyota. En este concesionario te hacen sentir como un ser humano y se adaptan a tu crédito. Buscan y hacen todo lo posible por que salgas complacido. Pero Octavio Rodriguez es un pilar importante en ese local. Búsquenlo a él y verán por 1ra vez el concepto del BUEN SERVICIO, TRATO Y PROFESIONALIDAD. Gracias miles🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝

  I purchased a vehicle from Lumos Honda on 12-30-25 as of today the vehicle that I traded in still hasn’t been payed off today’s date is 1-27-26 it’s been almost a whole month and still they can’t get my payoff to a local bank (my community credit union) which is just down the street so there no excuses. I have gone in there repeatedly and have talked to the finance manager and my sales guy and they keep lying to me about paying my account off. The last interaction I had was on Friday and I was reassured once again that the check was sent off that same day I call my bank today and still nothing. This is something that Kelly Gremsley used to do thus why they went under. Lumos Honda took over and it looks like they are following in their foot steps! I have bought many cars before and this has never happened to me. This is not how you treat your customers Lumos! I don’t like giving bad reviews because I know this is how a business gets customers but after giving them the benefit of a doubt but after a month of no help I was left with no option to hopefully get them to respond and make it right.
