It was my first car rental ever, and esp it being over the Christmas holiday, I was kinda nervous and stressed because I didn't know what to expect but let me just say, best experience ever. I did everything online, and literally walked into the Odessa TX location, got the keys, and that was it. The people were AMAZING and I had literally no issues whatsoever. I look forward to renting from you guys again!!!!
