Didn’t say hello even when we acknowledged her. I said “that’s pretty rude of you to be on your phone right in front of the customer” she responded “uhh I was looking something up” I KNOW your policy states no phone on the sales floor and you thought sending a text IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER was appropriate. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
