I came in to get a couple of things and I came in with my battery for my key fob. Before getting anything I asked if he had a screwdriver to change my battery. He not only had one but did it for me. When I return I will ask for him specifically. I’m impressed with his attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
