- DDD.CarterJan 3, 20261.0Been here several times and the first three weren’t bad. The last two have been horrible. Last time I was here several of the employees were yelling and cussing each other for quite some time while working on my vehicle the entire time. Once they were done with my car, there were oily handprints all over the doors and the contents of my glove box were thrown all over the passenger seat and floor board. Once I got home I called the shop and spoke with a manager who apologized for everything and said he was putting a half off discount on my next service. Fast forward to today and I reluctantly went back in. Employees seemed upset I was there and acted like it was inconvenient for them. I told them I only wanted an oil change and not to check the air filters. They changed the oil and when the girl came in, the total was over $20 more than I have ever paid there before. I asked what happened to the discount and nobody seemed to know anything about it. The older man there came in and knocked it down a little, but was still higher than I had paid there before. This isn’t baseball, two strikes and your out. Horrible attitudes in this place. It use to be good but they all kept saying it was because they had been bought out. Either way, I won’t be back.

Even let me in on a trade secret (which might not be a secret!!! 🤣 shhhh but if you spray perfume on you cabin air filter it keeps your car smelling amazing!)

Plus $66 and $25 air filter came out to $125 then I asked why she adjusted the price to $115 then I asked why again the lady at the front gave me a break down with different pricing and she kept changing the amounts. First and last time here. I can't help but feel like I got scammed. Plus I didn't get a receipt supposedly it was supposed to be texted and I never received it
