Like dude, it's ten at night and I'm not wearing makeup. What a weird thing to say to a customer....Then my chip on my debit card wouldn't work so I had to leave WITHOUT the stupid lotto tickets feeling like I probably look like a homeless person because your socially inept staff member felt the need to tell me I look like shit. I was washing my hands and messing with my hair by the sink. I could hear everything... She used the toilet, flushed, touched the stall lock and door, and walked straight out without even glancing at the sink. An elderly customer saw this too. I walked out the restroom and I saw the employee was at the coffee cup station, handling cups and lids with the same unwashed toilet hands... What made my stomach drop was the mental image that hit instantly — everything she touched in that stall, every surface people avoid, was now being transferred onto the cups customers press to their lips! It’s the kind of contamination your brain immediately flags as unsafe because you can practically feel the Salmonella and Gonnahrea diarrhea germs crawling from the bathroom toilet to the drink station. This is a serious hygiene issue and absolutely needs to be addressed. Rest of staff is chill.
