This place has great customer service and got me in and out quickly!

I inquired about the difference in the two brands and her response was she didn’t know. Her response was one tire was better quality, when I pushed for an understanding of better quality, since both tires had a 50,000 mile range. She replied, “I don’t know, I just sell the tire.” I asked if there was someone else I could speak with, she replied her manager but the manager would not know anything. She was interested in getting a manager involved. This store is completely empty, not a single customer around. It’s 4:34 in the afternoon. The discount tire shop across has a one hour wait because it’s full. NTB needs to get better. Where is the training or even desire to sell.
