The company I work for has been a previous customer of yours, never again. While it is your right to have cars towed from your property, it isn't always the right thing to do, or very smart. Doing so on a day you are closed is petty and unneighborly. I live and work in the community you serve, and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this. I guarantee it will cost you much more in lost business than the $313 the tow company you use charged me.
