- DNDee NNov 16, 20255.0I had such great experience today at Autozone and it's all thanks to KEVIN. He went above and beyond and really saved me time and MONEY. I dont know ANYTHING about cars and i was very close to paying a car shop ~$100 to change my headlight but I decided to stop by AutoZone to see if they could help and I am so glad that i did. Kevin went out to my car, identified which light I needed to be changed, found the part and then changed the light for me in a matter of minutes. He also took a look at my air filter and gave me an honest opinion about whether it needed to be changed. While he was helping me, he was also attending to other customers and I was impressed by how efficiently he was able to tend to multiple people at once. I now feel more confident in my ability to change a break light and air filter all thanks to Kevin. So he not only saved me money today, he saved me money in the future! I am really appreciative of him and even though i don't ever wish to need to fix anything else in my car, i know that if i do AutoZone will be the first place i go. Ask for KEVIN! He's the best!!!
