Went to them for a new key fob battery, they put the same battery I already had in my fob. I had to go to O'Reilly's to get a new fob battery. Auto Zone sucks, last time they screw me over!!

I had great service from Ethan this week. He helped me immediately with a dead battery issue. Very polite and efficient, changing out my battery quickly, and sending me on my way-a very happy camper!! We have shopped this location for many years and wish all businesses operated like this one!

Long story short, went in for some cleaning products for my car. Upon leaving the store, my car would not start ironically. The Young lady helping me, changed the battery in my key fob, (twice) but no luck. She took the time to Google the make and model of my vehicle and assist me with troubleshooting to get the car started going as far to disconnect the battery per the Google instructions. Still, we had no luck. Continuing to Google we discovered a way to reset the computer. She went above and beyond any auto parts store I've ever been to to help me get back on my way. At the end, one of her fellow employees came out just as we figured it out to see if he could assist. She was right there with me for about 45 min. Im very grateful for her assistance. Great store, even better people!
