  Very honest place. Went in for I thought new brakes and was told all was good! You don’t find that kind of honesty in the auto repair world very often. Highly recommend

  I’ve been to Brakes Plus on 3 separate occasions now and each time has been great! I truly feel like they’re honest (not always easy to find in this industry) and want to do the best by the customer. I overheard one customer needing extensive repairs done to their vehicle, and rather than taking advantage of the situation Brakes Plus recommended they go to dealership first to see if there is a warranty for their relatively new car. I last worked with Mario, and he was very kind and kept me informed along the way. No pressure to do any extra work that wasn’t immediately needed, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location to all of our friends and family!

  I want to thanks James for the knowledge he gave me on my car. Brakes were squeaking real loud and he helped me understand what was going on what to do.

  Very professional and straight to the point. You cannot go wrong with their price it is very affordable for what I paid for transmission and my 2 tires repaired.

  Brakes Plus in NRH is awesome. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with a friendly smile and great customer service. Today I went in for an inspection and Mario took great care of me. For inspections, oil changes, or any other routine maintenance, Brakes Plus is the place to go.
