  Went in for a oil change.had the air filter and cabin air filter replaced.my fault for not asking how much the cabin air filter was but $60 for a $20 filter was ridiculous won’t do that again.

  This crew is amazing all around the board.it was a quick service from a friendly group of people most definitely 💯 recommend anyone to visit this location

  Wait times are ridiculous. My girlfriend came with her car to and was put behind someone getting a lot of services done and instead of moving people to other bays she sat for almost an hour before moving her behind people that just got there. She finally just left.

  Excellent customer service, I normally do my own oil service at home but getting it done while out and about they did a fantastic job , very quick and thorough, informative and polite and not pushy. Would absolutely pay a bit more to have service done here especially the peace of mind sending the wife to get it done and don't feel she would be taken advantage of.

  I went in to have an inspection done and decided to have an oil change wipers replaced and tires balanced while there. It was a fantastic visit, with an introduction to the manager, who was quite nice, and all of the staff were very nice. I did not have to wait long for services rendered, either. However the day after, my check engine light and oil light were on. I went straight over to the facility, after registering my vehicle, which by the way had passed inspection. After a short wait, I was called into the area to be serviced, and the manager was a little surprised to see me there. I told him what happened, and he addressed it immediately, advising that the tech had placed the air filter in, improperly. After he replaced it, properly, the oil light went out, but the check engine light was still on. Naturally. I was anxious about that. The manager, donald, at the Valvoline in New Caney texas, advised me to drive it 50 to 100 miles, after which time the check engine light should go off as it will have been reset. He advised me to bring it back to them if it did not. After following his instruction, and 2 days, indeed, the check engine light did go off. Other than that, the experience was great!
