  Great service. Google map needs to correct location though. Instead of directing to exact or correct location it's, it is directing to the wrong location, to Auto Zone and opposite side of Hwy 59. Google maps please correct the location. Again Great Service.

  The service team here is great! Chris helped us get our service vehicle inspected and done in less than 30 minutes. Super easy just had to show insurance card and they did the rest here at the new store for tires and wheels and alignments in New Caney, TX.

  Today I had the pleasure of visiting this new establishment. I needed 2 new tires @ a reasonable price . And I must say I was impressed. No haggling use car salesman tactics . I just told him the budget and he made it happen for me . I go through tires like crazy . And let’s just say with the swift budget friendly experience I had today . I’ve found my new tire home.

  So pleased with the service! I went to my "usual" tire place in splendora, their hours on Google said they were open today but after loading my toddler and massive mud tire, they were actually closed. I was disappointed because my usual place is really inexpensive but I called Mavis with low hopes and to see if it would cost an arm and a leg to get a tire put on and alignment. They fit me in immediately and greeted me outside before I even got out of my truck. They did a fantastic job and it was GREAT pricing. I will return if/when I have any tire needs

  I’ve never visited Mavis tires and brakes before. So this was my first experience. No one even recommended it to me. I literally just found them nearby on Google Maps. I spoke with Jeremy and he was tremendously helpful. I had a situation where I brought in a damaged wheel with a flat tire along with a second wheel I had purchased. It was a bit of a unique scenario and he helped me figure out how they could help me and solve my issue. I will definitely be back. He ended up helping me find a wheel repair shop that would literally fix the broken part of the wheel that I had. So after they put a tire on the one wheel I had, I took the damaged one to the other business over in the Woodlands and got them to repair that wheel. I immediately returned to Mavis and had them put a tire on the newly repaired wheel. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I swear it felt like a NASCAR pitstop. Thank you Jeremy for your help today. You made an incredible first impression on me. I will be back.
