- PDPaul DoranJan 1, 20261.0I paid $30 for the top wash on my black Yukon XL. The machine had no soap and no water at all, but the brushes ran the whole time and dry-rubbed my car. Basically just ground the dirt in – now I'm worried about scratches on my black paint. When I asked for a refund, the employees were rude and said they couldnt give me a refund with out the manager there, and couldn't tell me when the manager would be there as this was around 6pm. I had to demand it several times, they ended up calling the police and had me trespassed for 2 years just for asking for a refund. The officer had to actually talk to them directly and he was the one that got them to give me my refund. Horrible service, broken equipment that can damage your vehicle, and staff way too quick to involve the cops. Stay away.

We sat at the pay machine for 5min struggling in the sun with a glare to pay then someone came out right as we figured it out and the bar lifted. We then pulled around (keep in mind that man went back inside) so we proceeded to go through the car wash, THEN 3min later we go yelled at for not waiting to enter when no signs were posted to wait by the cone. We tried this place for the first time to get a membership but we will jot be getting one.
