They are very genuine and helped me out to understand when to change out my transmission fluid. They don’t pressure you into anything but make sure you get all the facts to make a good decision. Best valvoline experience every time! Update: Jen also cleaned the plastic on my car after a small stain was on there from the cabin filter changeout. She cleaned the full thing! I appreciate her caring attitude to the cars.

Took my car for regular maintenance and during the service the technician sprayed my entire car inside the hood and windshield with oil because he was not paying attention! They just laughed and “tried to clean it” knowing that this can cause serious issues to the motor The solution was getting a car wash my windshield has never been the same and no windshield wipers were replacing knowing they just let my car go dripping in oil and on top of that I still had to pay Literally worst ever had to get a professional detail clean truly worst experience ever

I brought the car a yr ago so previous owner may have taken there. So they would not give me info on my car after I paid over 400.00 for services. And again used bad oil.
