  I went in to have an inspection done and decided to have an oil change wipers replaced and tires balanced while there. It was a fantastic visit, with an introduction to the manager, who was quite nice, and all of the staff were very nice. I did not have to wait long for services rendered, either. However the day after, my check engine light and oil light were on. I went straight over to the facility, after registering my vehicle, which by the way had passed inspection. After a short wait, I was called into the area to be serviced, and the manager was a little surprised to see me there. I told him what happened, and he addressed it immediately, advising that the tech had placed the air filter in, improperly. After he replaced it, properly, the oil light went out, but the check engine light was still on. Naturally. I was anxious about that. The manager, donald, at the Valvoline in New Caney texas, advised me to drive it 50 to 100 miles, after which time the check engine light should go off as it will have been reset. He advised me to bring it back to them if it did not. After following his instruction, and 2 days, indeed, the check engine light did go off. Other than that, the experience was great!

  Staff was very friendly and efficient and have a great sense of humor, that's always a plus. Thank you for being courteous quick and friendly.

  The staff is really friendly, I didnt have to wait long for an oil change and transmission flush. Which was awesome. I will definitely continue to come here with my car.

  I waited over 30 minutes behind one car that was getting an oil change. When I finally got up into the bay, I told the gentleman I was in a hurry and asked if it was reasonable for them to have the oil change done within 10 to 15 minutes. He was very nice, but he said he did not think that was realistic, so I left. If you’re going to advertise quick oil changes, then you need to move with more of a sense of urgency.

  Came here just to get a state inspection. Pulled up to the inspection bay which was empty to be told we needed to back up so they could let another car in and they began to do an oil change. Needless to say we went down the road to another Vavoline where the pulled us right in to the inspection bay.
