I understand mistakes happen but what I did not appreciate is them trying to tell me “I don’t know how this happened” like I’m dumb. Be forward and admit to the fault. They then rushed me to get out of there and failed to air up my tires after I specifically mentioned one was low and did not provide me my receipt for the service. A lot of young workers there. Hope they’re provided better training and stricter more competent management.

Even when they are very busy and the wait is a little while, they always stay prompt with their service, great with communication and making sure the line stays moving and in order.
