  Unfortunately, I’ve had several negative experiences at this location. I’m considering canceling my membership. For the third time, the spinning side washer malfunctioned, missing my passenger side. It also did a poor job on the too side as you can still see dirt and dust. I reported the issue to an employee, but he said he had to speak to his manager. I waited for him to return, but it took too long, and I had to leave.

  We have been monthly members for years, my boyfriend even longer than myself. Today, he took his truck through and the actual machine malfunctioned and broke, causing multiple large parts to break off inside his tire as well as lodged into the actual tire. They took pictures and pretty much said they would cover the tire but NOT the rim. Now, I get not being responsible for scratches and paint, for rims , but YOUR machine broke/malfunctioned causing damage to the tire/rim and could have possibly caused worse! I will be taking this claim higher up and am NOT letting this go. Might I add, he had to urber home to get tools to repair tire and uber back to fix it, ALONE, he removed these pcs himself, cut up hands. Multiple parts..We also still have the parts. Pictures attached! NOT HAPPY!! UPDATE! No response on any of my emails or claims. Manager at the facility said she could not speak to me and that the case was handled. IT IS NOT--- This location is HORRIBLE, from customer service to the wash service you pay for!

  Will not be back went to wash my car when my wife picked up a couple of towels to use one of your employees shouted out at her in front of everyone put that back! She thought that she was able to pick them up and pay for him when she got to the counter, but instead was rudely yelled at. when we got to the front to pay for our wash, we told the other employee and then that employee came up quickly and said I'm sorry love for you not understanding. I am a human resource director and my wife took that as a sexual harassment so my advice to you is to teach your employees on how to speak to people, especially if they are male gender, talking to a female because I could've press charges on sexual harassment or something like that but needless to say, we will never come back to use your establishment even though we have paid monthly subscriptions to your car wash, but we will never come back to your establishment again because this is the worst treatment we have ever had.
