  My son brought his car here for something minor, and they insisted all the brakes needed to be replaced ($720). My son is a new driver and didn't know any better and trusted them. The brakes were all less than a year old and the car is only driven to school. There is absolutely no way the brakes all needed to be changed. On top of that, we took the car to a mechanic for an unrelated issue and they informed us that the shoes were put on backwards. The calipers were also done incorrectly and when they squeezed, they weren't actually touching anything. We had to pay a different shop to fix the mistakes that were made at Mavis. We won't be using again.

  I came to Mavis to get some tires on my car and while inspecting they saw my brakes and the brake fluid needing to be replaced and since I was here and the car needed it, I said why not. Plus I asked about if they do alignments and they do. So, I was glad they suggested additionals but were never pushy. I’ll come again!

  These people were absolutely lovely, I was freaking out after getting. a flat, Chris and Marshall were great at helping me get there and calming me down, and the service was fast and easy. They mentioned if you have any troubles finding them, give them a call, but it is located right next to the advanced auto parts, but is a seperate building.

  I went to mavis after a full inspection from Toyota. I am a single mom of two and I am always looking for value. I was referred by NTB tire in porter. I was marked up to 2000 but left paying 316 which was a 50 price difference from Toyota. The brakes are excellent !! The techs are fast and effective. I won’t go back again though over Toyota.. it was the up sell that turned me off even though I expected it. Price is reasonable if you can’t make it to a service center but not really.

  Man, this place is amazing (so far). Chris was very nice and informative and respectful and patient to listen to all I needed to say about my vehicle (customer service). And then he took good care of me and my ride. The tech that was fixing my vehicle (AWD alignment needed) was very polite and respectful (Jeremy). My car now goes straight and everything works alright again. All in all, a great experience in a clean and well organized place. Compared to NTB Porter where I lost hours and vehicle was not even touched (let alone serviced), this place was like heaven for cars. Almost zero wait time (about 10 min) for my car to be pulled in and worked on. Now, I don't praise the people, nor the place; they are still humans and prone to fail. But, at least, they do their best to figure it out and help you as much as it depends on them. And that means a lot! And the way they treat their customers, is golden. Guys, keep up the good work and don't cut any corners. Continue to strive for the best services and customer relationship and God will bless you abundantly! Thank you for everything you did for me. I greatly appreciate you!
