  Brandon was professional fast knowledgeable and was great with assisting me with any questions I had. I called ahead of time to get estimates for services and they offered a coupon, it was sent right to my phone that was absolutely a great offer the company offered. The most reasonable option I think they could offer as well was they used my own oil to service my vehicle I had purchased prior to going in simply my husband just didn’t have the time to change it himself so it helped me a lot thank you Valvoline team members for making this a simple and express experience for myself.

  I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient the entire experience was. I am not used to a place that moves this quickly while still being so organized and professional. Their team has a very fluid system in place—they quickly identify what you need, get started right away, and even show you things like your cabin filter and dipstick status right at your window. All of this happens while you remain comfortably in your car. Once they begin, the whole process takes about 10 minutes. I was very happy with how fast, convenient, and well-run everything was.

  Scott and Elijah were absolutely amazing with my oil change—hands down a five-star experience. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. What really stood out was their attention to detail and teamwork. They worked seamlessly together, got everything done quickly without cutting corners, and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. On top of that, they were friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you come across service like this—Scott and Elijah truly go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

  My grandfather usually takes care of everything with the car, but he’s getting older, so when the time for an oil change came up I stopped into the nearest quick oil change place I could find. They were busy, but still managed to get me in the bay within about 5 minutes and Javar took great care of me and answered all of my questions! He explained what they were doing, what they were looking for, and even topped up my windshield wiper fluid before I had even asked about it. He didn’t try and upsell me on anything, and took the time to explain how to take care of the filters. There were a few things he brought up about XYZ is recommended for your vehicle at my mileage, and even printed it out so I could go home, do research, and ask my grandfather about it. Overall, I’d 100% recommend using this Valvoline!

  Pulled in for oil change on 3/17 @7AM,, with a driveable car, unknown to me, with a bad engine mount. Mind you drove 300-400 miles with no issues or major warning signs. Brandon advised upper tech that filter was inaccessible/ recommends change oil but filter stay on while able to drive back home or repair shop to check it out.. Upper tech , insists to check on issue , & spends an additional 30-45mins trying to remove filter forcefully. Today is 3/19, my car is in New Braunfels in repair shop due to damaged oil filter housing from forceful removal. Car was towed due to engine left without oil/ service cannot be complete. Upper tech was quick to charge me for service before it was finished so a refund was given. Not asking for shop to pay for existing damages/ just asking to pay for what is fair. Leaving my family and I in a difficult situation. Tow, filter housing damage/ repair, rental.
