Or the rates were not linked up correctly with the Groupon rate that should have been charged ... disappointing

Brought my brand new fleet vehicle in for an oil change. i specifically told them just an oil change. 3500miles on the vehicle, i was charged $515. i was charged for everything that i could be charged for on my fleet card! I was charged for services they didn't even provide. I was charged for a tire rotation that was not done on the vehicle and when i called back and brought this up; I was told that I could come in and have it done anytime. but why would you charge me for a service you didn't provide and then tried to fix it when caught. Then i was charged $199 for a new fuel filter. why would you change the fuel filter on a brand new vehicle that has 3500 miles and 80hrs of engine time. when I brought this up to the assistant manager he said he absolutely did not know; "and some of these new kids just charge whatever, I have to talk to the manager" this was a week ago. the manager is never on site or conveniently handling something at another location. I've been attempting to talk to him for two weeks now with no luck. the fact that i was charged for a service they didn't even provide then charged for whatever they could, that practice or knowledge of those practice's was confirmed by the assistant manager that is a mechanic to avoid. just terrible experience.
