  We use Chris and team at HDS for truck maintenance, and they are awesome! But this time they went above and beyond. I had a battery issue and tried to do something on my own at a local auto parts store. The problem was bigger than I expected so I called Chris. This is where Chris and his team shine. He put me on FaceTime, walked through the whole issue. He then called later to check on everything. And then again after the weekend! That’s an auto mechanic that truly cares! Thanks HDS!

  I had a very good customer service experience at HDS. Good communication and they were very honest with giving me a diagnosis for my car, and it was something the dealership had to fix due to the equipment needed to fix the problem, as regular mechanic shops don't have the equipment. This was my 2nd time using HDS and I would definitely use them again if needed.

  I came to this shop previously through a family recommendation and had a generally positive impression at first. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I was originally quoted $3,450 for an evaporator core replacement. When I called back later to schedule the repair and confirm that the estimate was still valid, I was told the price had increased to $6,500, which honestly left me in shock. Because of that sudden change, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my truck to ATS – Automotive Technology Solutions, where they performed another diagnostic. They determined that the issue was actually a leaking condenser, and that my evaporator core was completely fine. The total cost for the correct repair came out to $1,400. Situations like this are exactly why it’s important for customers to get a second opinion before committing to major repairs. I’m grateful I did, because it saved me thousands of dollars. I’m sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions and take the time to compare diagnostics and pricing before moving forward with expensive repairs.

  I can’t say enough how great the communications and expectations were met. I had to get a repair done through my insurance and HDS took the initiative and really got everything moving. From helping me find a tow truck, being upfront on pricing, meeting deadlines, and giving me updates regularly. I would fully recommend HDS for any of your auto repair needs. Thank y’all so much!
