The only downside was the limited upgrade options as my status allows this at larger locations (airports, for example). Other than that, I was highly satisfied with my experience.

Life today is very busy so scheduling this trip took a lot of time and effort. We were ready and awake at 4am that day to catch our flight and got a notification that the flight out of Austin had been canceled, and there were no more flights that day. That same morning, we found an evening flight out of Dallas, so we decided to rent a car drive the three hours and catch a flight at 7 PM out of Dallas to Boston. This plan had to go seamlessly in order for us to catch that flight, and the crew working at enterprise in New Braunfels, and DFW helped make this happen for us. Thank you so much🍀
