Tanner was very kind and made sure I was taken care of. He even talked to me about some questions I had and gave me some advise. And Rob did an awesome job with my oil change. He was fast, kind and made sure to be clear about what I needed to do. I used to go somewhere else for oil changes, but I'm glad I switched. Always a good experience here and fair prices. They send out coupons and they're always quick. But I can't stress how nice these guys are, and very professional. I highly recommend this location!

They always update my cars history so I don’t have to remember when things were serviced/replaced. Javar made sure to check when my air filter was last replaced and even made a plan on when to replace my cabin filter based on when it had last been done. Awesome service, always!

Immediately following my oil change, I discovered the oil filter was actively dripping, which unfortunately stained my driveway. When I returned to the store and pointed this out, an employee initially denied there was a leak. Only after I presented a photograph as evidence of the drip did the employee agree to replace the filter. I am deeply concerned by this initial dishonesty and the poor quality control."

When he showed me my air filter, his comment was you are ok for now, you might need to replace it next time. From the moment that I pulled away was less than 15 minutes. The rest of the team seemed to be working just as hard as Tanner was.

I went to Valvoline for what should have been a simple oil change and battery check, and left furious, disrespected, and blatantly lied to by a technician named Caden. First of all, Caden pushed hard to upsell services I didn’t ask for and wasn’t there for — completely ignoring the main issue I came in to address: my vehicle’s battery, which has been giving me constant issues and is STILL under warranty. Instead of listening, he aggressively tried to convince me that the battery was in “perfect health,” saying, “I ran the diagnostic several times and your battery is at 100%. You have other problems that cause your vehicle not to start.” Then he kept shoving a tablet in my face showing a green check mark, supposedly “proving” the battery was fine. That “diagnostic” is a complete SCAM. It felt like a rehearsed performance designed to dismiss customer concerns and avoid honoring warranties. I have every reason to believe that image on the tablet is preloaded to make people drop their legitimate claims. They clearly had no intention of replacing the battery and instead tried to make me look like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Caden also lied about his position at the shop saying that he’s the manager. He implied he had more authority than he actually did, probably hoping I’d back down. He was rude, manipulative, and dishonest from start to finish. And the best part? I came back two days later, and the Assistant Manager on duty ran the test again — guess what? The battery had 24% life left. So much for “100% healthy,” right? This is either total incompetence or a deliberate con to avoid replacing batteries under warranty while pushing unnecessary services on customers. Either way, it’s shameful. Valvoline, DO BETTER. You’ve lost my trust completely. I won’t be returning and it’s amazing what a “word of mouth” could do to a business….
