  I bought a used certified pontoon boat from them. It had an issue and I contacted them about the issue, it died out on me and they told me to bring it in and they'd look at it, I thought here we gooo. They found they problems got it covered under warranty , overnighted the parts and got it fixed up so I could go out with my Son and Dad that weekend. Thanks to the GM Johnathan, and James who answered all my many questions before and after I bought my 2016 boat. And James Justin for getting it fixed early. They deserve a raise, im a happy boat owner. Thanks guy's!!! You are appreciated.

  Worked with John, Justin and Joey to have power pole installed and a riptide trolling motor with i-pilot on a new 2021 majek m2. Top notch customer service! Excellent install.. super clean like it came from the factory. I give these guys an A++ on the install pricing and customer service.

  I have taken my boat here from the day I bought it for service and warranty issues. I had water in my fuel tank and I brought it to them being that I trusted them and the service. I bought the extra warranty and everything, I know I did not put the water in the tank, long story short they told me it got into the tank through the fuel cap vent from rain water and submitted the claim to warranty, this was after my boat was there for a month without being looked at because the ONE tech they had certified for fuel work was out. After they started the work the warranty department denied the claim and I got a phone call saying I was going to have to pay for the repairs they started without my approval. After going back and forth with the service manager I had enough. I paid the bill. These people have no idea what customer service is, nor do they understand what loyalty means. I will never buy another tracker product. There are multiple other boats out there and I would never recommend purchasing or using tracker marine ever again. It's to bad, I was really looking forward to my third boat purchase from them.

  Shout out to McDonald's for grabbing my MacBook when I left it behind. I thought it'd be stolen for sure. The burger was pretty good too.
