  I had my car stereo serviced there recently and they did such a thorough and fantastic job that I will never take my car to anyone else in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable and the quality of the work was stellar. Highly recommend.

  Great service especially when I went in on the wrong appointment date. The staff took care of me and still got me in and did an amazing job on my tint as well as a killer job bringing my headlights back to life. Looking forward to doing more business with them!

  Response to their comment: Thank you for responding. I appreciate that you took the time to address my review and that you’re open to improving communication moving forward. However, I do want to clarify a few points. My car was not excessively dirty, and I thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed it before my second appointment, including removing all mats and wiping everything down. The main issue wasn’t the pet hair — it was the lack of communication about cleaning expectations before the first appointment and the unprofessional way I was spoken to when I brought the car back. I also want to note that I’m not willing to risk damaging my rear windshield heat strips by having the tint removed for a refund. I appreciate the offer, but that isn’t a practical solution for me given the potential for damage. I completely understand the importance of cleanliness for a quality tint job, but I also believe that clear communication and respectful treatment go a long way toward a positive customer experience. I hope this feedback helps improve that for future customers. —————————————————————— I went to Tint World after getting a quote that was higher than others, but they said they could get me in same day, which I appreciated. The quote process was quick and easy, and no one mentioned needing to have my car fully detailed beforehand — the email even said if I could get there before 4pm, they could do it that day, so I went. When I arrived, we did a walk-around, and the only thing mentioned was that the back windshield might be tricky because of dog hair, and that any issues related to that area wouldn’t be covered. I understood and agreed. After the tint was done, I waited the recommended time for it to dry and noticed lots of bubbles and even some dog hair under the tint on multiple windows (ironically, not the back windshield). I called and was told to bring it back, and they agreed to redo the door windows under warranty. Before bringing it back, I spent time cleaning the car thoroughly — washed it, vacuumed, wiped everything down, and removed all mats. When I arrived for my appointment, the employee (Diego) looked at it and immediately said it wasn’t clean and that it would just happen again. When I asked where to focus, he replied, “You just need to actually clean the car.” That felt very rude and dismissive, especially after I’d already spent time cleaning it. I left, spent another 45 minutes re-cleaning and vacuuming at a car wash, and came back. A different employee helped me this time and was much more professional — he even admitted they probably shouldn’t have taken the car to begin with. They retinted the windows again, and while it looks better, there are still bubbles.

  Tint world provides first class service. I walked-in, was greeted immediately, and provided with a detailed explanation of tint options for my Maserati. They did an excellent job and took great care of my vehicle. I highly recommend them for anyone needing window tint or other accessories.

  I am so glad that I took my new Tesla Model Y to Tint World of New Braunfels to have the front driver and passenger windows tinted and PPF applied to my front bumper, hood, fenders & mirror caps.
