  Great place to get work done, made appointment and they got right to work. Did more jobs than I hnow they do( tires,brakes ) fixed a headlight on my wife's car too

  I had just bought a new use truck. I had a 17hr drive. Asked for an oil change since I figured it would be needed. Then they offered to replace my air filter might as well they also recommended the fuel filters. I figured why not it's a diesel might as well to have a safer drive home. Shortly after I left the water light came on I figured maybe because it was a new filter. Decided to stay for the night and drives early in the morning. 1 hr into the drive my dash light came on for power reduce this is 4am in the middle of nowhere drove for awhile till I stopped at a gas station and stopped light turned off i figured keep going. We'll all the way home i had to stop and go till I got home. Took it to the shop come to find out they NEVER installed my air filter, they didn't install the fuel filters right, and one still looked like the original. So now I have a $1,700 bill + plus the almost $600 spent there . I would have gone back to them but I leave 17 hrs away. This was also on s Sunday drive when all shop wore closed on the freeway.

  A friend recommended me to take my car to Jiffy lube so I did. I had no appointment and it was an hour before closing. They had 3 cars ahead of me but in less than 10 minutes they pulled my car in. The young service girl asked me a few questions before regarding what type of service I needed and type of oil change. Overall the service was good and professional.

  I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon about 3:45 to ask about a rear axle brake job, one of my rotors had scratches on it and I knew the brake pad was grinding metal to metal. I was the last customer but the technician, Gary said he would stay past closing to get it done. It was 6:15 pm (closing was 5 pm)but he said he would stay longer because the brakes weren't working properly. I said i could come back next day(the truck was safe to drive)Gary worked on it again until he was satisfied the brakes were done right. Gary went above and beyond and it is very much appreciated, customer service and safety first

  ⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Horrible Experience! Do NOT bring your vehicle here! I was charged $2400 for a tune-up, tire balance, and a camshaft sensor replacement and they replaced hosing. They promised it would fix my truck and clear the check-engine light. When I picked it up, they said everything was “good to go.” Two minutes down the road my truck started stalling and wouldn’t accelerate. I went right back, and they admitted they forgot to plug everything back in properly. Then I asked if they did the tire balance since the truck was still shaking — they said “oh, we forgot to do that” and told me to come back the next day! After they finally balanced the tires and reset the light, the check engine light came right back on for the same camshaft sensor they supposedly replaced. I’ve brought it back five more times and it’s still not fixed — now the truck runs worse than before. Every time I ask for a manager, I’m told he’s “out” or “on break.” The assistant manager Jacob hung up on me when I called — extremely unprofessional. To top it off, one of the service bays is always closed because the employees work on their personal motorcycles during business hours. This shop is completely unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. I’ll be contacting Jiffy Lube corporate and my lawyer about this location. 🚫 Avoid this place at all costs! 🚫
