- MMMom702 days ago5.0Great experience from the moment that I walked in. Charles greeted me and was professional and kind to everybody that walked in. Everyone was acknowledged and told that they would be right with them. Cooper was also amazing let me choose a car that I would be comfortable driving. After leaving enterprise, I thought there might be an issue with the car. I called and they picked up right away. Cooper assured me that I was OK. Everything was gonna be fine with the car. A few days after driving the car I called because I was concerned about the days of the rental and he let me know that everything was taken care of the rental had been extended. Complete customer care from Charles and Cooper. This location compared to the Schertz Location is 100% better customer service better environment clean. Schertz location the employees are rude dismissive they don’t answer the phone they act like you’re bothering them. Very happy with this location!!! Charles is leading by example!

Every single person I had any interaction with was incredibly professional, very friendly, and made my experience wonderful. Chad in particular was so kind and really took care of me! I will never rent a vehicle from anywhere else!
- JSJillian ShepherdNov 8, 20254.0I had picked my first rental car up last night and the tire lights ended up coming on and after a couple trips to discount tire, I decided to return the rental and get a new car and the tall gentleman with glasses working the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. There was another person working in the front desk that seemed like they didn’t want to be there, but this man stepped in and helped me generously.

They were very busy as it was lunchtime but they seemed to work very well as a team to get things done. I appreciate that so much in a world that great customer service is rare. These two deserve to be recognized. Hopefully get the same experience when I return the vehicle. Thank you both! :)
