For being as busy as they are, they run a smoothly operated system by working together. Very professional but most of all, honest. I would go out of my way to go to this location. Even got talked into getting a van 🤣. Great experience from these three!

- DDDaijaDec 17, 20251.0THE WORST EXPERIENCE !! I returned my rental vehicle 12/11/2025 with a full tank of gas and Enterprise has yet to refund my $50 deposit hold as of 12/17/2025. They say that can’t refund me and I owe a balance of over $400 because the auto repair shop kept my vehicle for an extended period of time. I’ve contacted my insurance and caliber collision 3 TIMES and verified the extended hold is approved and covered YET Enterprise says they can’t do anything until it’s updated. ITS BEEN UPDATED FOR DAYS. THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND INITIATIVE to resolve this is insane. PLEASE don’t waste your time with this company and choose a better rental service or location.
