I stopped and did so but the problem got worse. Called enterprise and they told me if I could go to discount tire, they would pay for the repair. DT was busy & when they finally got to my repair, they found there was a nail that would require replacing. I called back to new Braunfels enterprise and Alex notified the main office. this authorization needed to be expedited. Within five minutes of my call, I was told the authorization came through and I got the car back in 15 minutes!!! What great customer service! Kudos to Alex and his team at new Braunfels enterprise 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
