My ride to drop me off woke up I’ll so I called and moved app back to 9 got there at 9 checked in after the people already there so probably around 9:15 at this point since there was only one person behind the counter. There were two other guys working there but they were running all over the place. At one point there were no workers in the building for at least 20 minutes. Lobby full of people and phones ringing constantly. When I first contacted this place I told them I’d like to get a small suv or something similar since that is what I normally drive and I have kids and a very tall husband that need to fit. Day of after waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time they give me a very small compact car. And because it’s a nicer car they kinda acted like they were doing me a favor about it which I also did not appreciate. The assistant manager was for the most part nice and polite. The store could just use either more employees or a lot more training all around.
